Participation in workshops, events, classes, pop-ups, or activities hosted by Twig & Tinker Creative Company LLC (“Twig & Tinker”) is voluntary and at your own risk.

You understand that participation may involve activities including, but not limited to, crafting, use of tools or materials, handling plants, dried florals, wire, or other natural elements, and participation in group environments. These activities may carry inherent risks, including personal injury, allergic reactions, minor cuts or scrapes, property damage, or other unforeseen harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Twig & Tinker Creative Company LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in any event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical condition and ability to participate. Twig & Tinker does not provide medical care or supervision, and you agree to seek medical attention at your own expense if needed.

Twig & Tinker is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought to events.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to participation and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
